This Cookie Policy explains how K3X Inc. ("K3X", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on the K3X website at k3x.ai, the application at app.k3x.ai, and related services (the "Services"). It supplements our Privacy Policy.

By using the Services, you consent to the use of cookies as described below, except where consent is required by law and you have not provided it through our cookie banner or your browser settings.

• First-party (set by k3x.ai or app.k3x.ai) or third-party (set by a service we use, like Stripe or Firebase).

• Session (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent (stored until they expire or you delete them).

2. Categories of cookies we use

2.1 Strictly necessary

These cookies are required for the Services to function. Without them, you can't sign in, your session won't persist, and core features won't work. They cannot be disabled through our cookie banner.

Examples:

• Authentication and session cookies set by Firebase Authentication when you sign in.

• Cookies that maintain your workspace selection and CSRF protection on app.k3x.ai.

• Cookies that record your cookie-consent preferences so we don't show the banner on every page.

2.2 Functional

These cookies remember choices you make to give you a more personalized experience — for example, your interface preferences, time zone, or recently viewed records. Disabling them won't break the Services but may reduce convenience.

2.3 Analytics and performance

These cookies help us understand how visitors use the website and the application — which pages are most visited, where users drop off, and how features perform. This helps us improve the product. We use analytics in aggregate or pseudonymous form and do not use it to build advertising profiles.

2.4 Advertising and cross-context behavioral advertising

K3X does not use advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising cookies on the Services and does not "sell" or "share" personal information for advertising purposes as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.

4. How to manage cookies

You have several ways to control cookies:

• Cookie banner. When required by law (for example, in the EU, UK, and other jurisdictions with consent-based cookie rules), we display a banner on your first visit so you can accept or reject non-essential cookies. You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie Preferences" link in the website footer.

• Browser settings. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. See your browser's help page for instructions:

• Global Privacy Control (GPC). Where required, we honor recognized opt-out signals such as GPC for sales/sharing under the CCPA/CPRA. K3X does not sell or share personal information for advertising purposes, so GPC has no additional effect on the Services beyond what's described here.

• Do Not Track. We do not currently respond to Do Not Track ("DNT") browser signals because there is no industry standard for how to interpret them.

If you reject non-essential cookies, parts of the Services may not work as intended.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by email.
