This Privacy Policy explains how K3X Inc. (“K3X”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit k3x.ai, use the K3X app or contact us.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us, such as your name, work email, company, phone number, billing details and anything you send through forms or support. Workspace data, such as contacts, companies, deals, emails, calendar events, call recordings, transcripts and notes that you sync or create in K3X (“Customer Data”). Usage data, such as device, browser, IP address, pages viewed and actions taken in the app, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide, secure and support the Service; process payments; power features you turn on, such as inbox sync, the dialer and AI answers; send product and account messages; improve K3X; and meet legal obligations. Any AI learning from Customer Data stays within your own account and is never used to train models for other customers.
3. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that host, process or support the Service under contracts that protect your data, such as cloud hosting, payments, email delivery, telephony and AI model providers; integrations you choose to connect; professional advisers; authorities when the law requires it; and a successor in a merger or acquisition.
4. Customer Data
Our customers decide what Customer Data is collected and how it is used, and K3X processes it on their instructions. If your details are stored in a K3X customer’s workspace, contact that customer to exercise your rights. We will help them respond.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies to run the website and app, and analytics cookies to understand how K3X is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
6. Security
We protect information with encryption in transit and at rest, access controls and monitoring, and we maintain SOC 2 Type II controls. No system is perfectly secure, so tell us at hey@k3x.ai if you notice anything suspicious.
7. Retention
We keep personal information while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. When you close your workspace, we delete or anonymize Customer Data within a reasonable period unless the law requires us to keep it.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, including California and the European Economic Area, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Email hey@k3x.ai to make a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
9. International transfers
K3X is based in the United States. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, when information is transferred from other regions.
10. Children
K3X is a business product and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
